Received a water bill for 75,000 gallons on an empty home. Called them for an emergency as I’m out of state to make sure nothing burst or was leaking. Someone went over right away and checked the exterior and interior of my home and assured me it was bone dry no leak at all. Also turned our irrigation off for us. Would highly recommend. Very professional and reassuring. Had my credit card ready to pay for their time for going over to check everything out and they didn’t want anything from us. Will definitely be in touch with them for future issues.
